Your data is handled by the site's publisher:

What we collect, and why

• Launch notification

  Your email, the page language and, if you tick the box, your consent to receive news. To write to you at launch (and send news if you asked for it).

• Pre-registration

  Your name, email and profile (homeowner, professional…). To prepare your access at launch.

• Contact form

  Your name, email, topic and message. Only to answer you.

• Sign-in page

  Accounts don't exist yet: the email you type is only used to pre-fill the pre-registration during your visit, and the password is neither read nor kept. Failed sign-in attempts (email, IP address, time) are recorded to detect abuse.

• Protection against abuse

  The IP address of each form submission is kept for 24 hours at most, to limit how often each connection can send.

Legal bases

Your consent for news (a box that is never pre-ticked); your request for pre-registration, the launch notice and replies to messages; our legitimate interest in protecting the site against abuse.

Who can see it

Only the MonPlan.ai team. The data is stored with our web host, and contact messages go through our email provider. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.

Audience measurement

With your consent only, we use Google Analytics (provided by Google Ireland Ltd) to measure site traffic. Google then sets cookies and processes browsing data (page views, device type, country). Without your consent, no measurement cookie is set. You can change your choice at any time.

How long we keep it

Sign-ups and messages are kept for as long as needed to tell you about the launch and answer your requests, then deleted.

IP addresses of submissions: 24 hours at most.

Cookies

A session cookie, needed for the site to work, keeps a form's result during your visit. With your consent only, Google Analytics sets audience-measurement cookies; your choice is kept on your device. No advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can access your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use, withdraw your consent to news and ask for portability. Write to us at hello@monplan.ai.

If you think your rights are not respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
